Again we see this faithful remnant offering up a sacrifice for all Israel. Though they represented just a small part — primarily Judah, Benjamin and the Levites — they never lost sight of the unity of all Israel. It was no pretention on their part; rather, it was spiritual intelligence as to the things of God. In a coming day, “all Israel shall be saved” (Rom. 11:26). He has not forgotten any of that family.
