King Uzziah had great pride, so much of it that he thought that he was good enough to burn incense on the altar - a task reserved exclusively for the priests. The priests tried to warn him, but Uzziah became very angry, and God struck him down with leprosy - a disease that he had until he died. Watch out for pride, young person. God hates it - especially spiritual pride.
